The extensive kitchens, staffed by our own team of experienced chefs, ensure that high quality catering is available and tailored to meet the needs of individual clients. We can cater for simple buffets through to elaborate banquets.

With dining facilities for up to 550 persons we pride ourselves on the level of service that we provide and the quality of food that is prepared and cooked to perfection by our own brigade of experienced chefs. We are able to offer a comprehensive range of menus including Day Delegate and Dinner packages; however our dedicated sales team will be more than happy to tailor menus to meet your individual budget whilst catering for any specific dietary requirements.

Our dining rooms are complemented by well stocked bars and an extensive wine cellar.
