Clarendon Suites Facilities
The Clarendon Suite
Seats from 250 - 500 for a conference, or from 200 -
300 for a banquet. A large stage area can be provided
and it is possible to overflow onto the main concourse
for events such as exhibitions and trade shows.
The Barrett Suite
Seats from 50 - 230 by utilising all of the rooms. The
suite has a dance floor and a
conveniently placed bar.
The Walton Suite
Seat from 50 to 230, using all of the rooms within this
suite, and has similar facilities to the Barrett Suite.
The Stirling Suite
Seats up to 500 for a banquet. This suite is six rooms
into one and provides two bars and two dance floors.
It is an extremely impressive and versatile facility.
The Warwick Suite
Offering a conference capacity of 350, this facility
offers complete privacy and can be adapted to host a
wide range of events. This suite also includes a very
useful balcony area which is often used for screening
shows or as a viewing gallery for training events and
conferences. The suite has a licensed bar facility and
can be adapted to accommodate discos, dances and other
types of entertainment.
Committee & Meeting
Rooms
Meeting rooms 2 to 10
These are generally used for syndicate or committee
meetings of between 5 - 50 people dependent upon which
rooms are required.
Boardroom & Library
Our most popular meeting room for small board meetings
and other confidential meetings of between 5 - 25 people.
The Penthouse Suite
This suite of three rooms is equipped with private toilets
and shower unit. It looks out onto a tiled patio roof
area, accessed by patio doors and offering spectacular
panoramic views of Birmingham. Ideal facility from 5
- 50, for those very private executive meetings or training
events.
The Buttery Bar
A fully licensed bar facility offering a full range
of freshly cooked meals available between 12noon - 2.00pm
from Monday to Friday. |
