The
Clarendon Suites is one of Birmingham’s hidden treasures;
the impressive Concourse is the central focal point of this unique
and impressive building; constructed from beautiful Portland
Stone it lends itself to a multitude of uses including Civil Wedding
Ceremonies, Trade Shows, Art Exhibitions, T.V. Recordings and Fashion
Shows. Our diverse range of Suites and Conference Rooms all lead
off from the central Concourse area and are detailed below:
The Clarendon Suite
This vast ground floor suite with its own entrance foyer and private
cloakroom facilities is well equipped with the latest A.V. Equipment,
ideal for large conferences for 100 - 800 delegates, Exhibitions,
Trade Shows and Professional Examinations. With its own fully licensed
well stocked bar and an option to add staging and dance floors,
this is the ideal suite for a Grand Banquet or Corporate Hospitality.
The Walton Suite and Barrett Suite
With an array of uses, these versatile air-conditioned suites can
accommodate from 50 to 250 people; with the added bonus of well
stocked bars should you require them.
The Stirling Suite
This impressive Suite of six dining rooms can operate independently
or open up into one large suite to provide banqueting facilities
for up to 500. Perfect for Wedding Receptions and Civil Ceremonies,
Dinner Dances, Exhibitions, Corporate Hospitality or larger meetings
and training events.
The Warwick Suite
This versatile Suite can accommodate up to 350 guests, it offers
tiered seating, a useful balcony area and a large reception foyer
that can be used for registering delegates, or for serving buffets
and refreshments. This suite is perfect for Conferences and Training
Events or for use as a Small Theatre.
The Boardroom
This is one of our most popular meeting rooms for up to 24 people,
used for board meetings or exclusive intimate dinner parties and
business lunches.
Conference Rooms
A range of eight modern Conference Rooms the largest of which can
accommodate up to 40 delegates; each room offers flexible facilities
ideal for smaller meetings or for use as syndicate rooms, interviews
and training workshops to name but a few.
The Penthouse Suite
This Suite of three rooms is ideal for hosting Executive Training
Events, exclusive Private Meetings and Corporate Hospitality for
up to 20 guests.
The Buttery Bar
A fully licensed bar and beverage facility offering a delicious
range of freshly cooked lunch-time meals and refreshments to the
general public between 12 noon and 2pm Monday to Friday. |
